Message from Principal’s Desk

“There is no school equal to a decent home and no teacher equal to a virtuous parent.” Mahatma Gandhi

It is said that “schools are the temples of learning” and I believe in it. Each minute spent in the school becomes a learning experience for the child where he or she acquires knowledge and skills from the trained staff, imbibes morals, character and mannerisms through the conduct of the teachers and assimilates various other experiences from his or her interaction with their respective peer groups. In this portal of learning children are given their first lessons on secularism and nation building when see no child being discriminated against on the basis of caste, colour or creed but being recognized for their merit, talent and hard work. Education in a good school can provide the right atmosphere for the harmonious development of the students physical, moral and intellectual endowments and these mould the future of our society and nation. Education should help one to think independently and critically. Social responsibility should be the most fundamental character of a human being. Addressing social problems in education is important. When education does not help the society, it becomes sterile. Education should ignite to insight and insight should lead in to action.

Social responsibility needs to be deeply ingrained in one and all. Education is….

“what remains after one has forgotten everything that he learned in his school..” Albert Einstein.

“what is required of us now is a new era of responsibility. -a recognition——that we have duties to ourselves, our nation and the world.” U.S. President Barrack Obama.
